Cari Hotel di Santiago

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Want hospitality! Cozy beds! Right at the historic center! Loved my stay here!"

"El hotel es sencillo pero cumplidor. Cuartos con buen espacio y baño adecuado. Quizá el desayuno es un poco sencillo y la lavandería no estuvo al nivel que esperaba. Fuera de eso la experiencia fue muy buena y si lo recomendaría! Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es sumamente atento"

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are nice, the restaurant sooo good with very modern takes on traditional Peruvian food (which I, as one of those pesky Europeans, enjoyed a lot). Location is awesome, the service highly attentive, and it offers small activities if you’re up for it."

"Clean room"

"Helpful and friendly staff"

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y la atención del desayuno Excelente."

"the room is super clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend."

"The property is centrally located and close to restaurants and other attractions. The only downside I can think of is that, since it’s right on the main square, it’s very noisy—especially since I was assigned a room on a corner of the square. Other than that, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Because I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control."

"Great location, clean room & friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower✅. The downfall was that we could hear every footstep (sounds like stomping) the people above us took. The first night the person above us seemed to pace from 10 pm - 1 am. The second night it was someone new & no pacing but every footstep plus when they left at 4 am. Spoke to the staff who said they have received complaints about this before and sadly they were full and could not move us to a new room. If you stay...

"Nos atendió Noebely súper atenta para resolver dudas y ayudar en lo posible. Ubicación perfecta. Hotel 100% recomendable."

"Convenient location for the price. The staff was nice. No too far from Cusco's main plaza."
