"We had some initial issues with our room - smell of sewage and poor functioning shower. Staff helped us to move to another room but this one did not have air-conditioning. Third time luckily we were fine. Staff at the hotel, were good. Special thanks to Josver who was excellent. "

The staff was kind—Victor the bellboy was especially helpful, and the front desk and housekeeping teams were pleasant. Breakfast was decent. However, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room also felt worn and below standard. At around $100/night, expectations are lower, but labeling this as a four-star...

"The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!"
