My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel."

"A beautiful resort where all the staff are friendly, helpful and make your stay wonderful. The food variety, taste and freshness is amazing. All the grounds are spotless and the pools glistening. A quieter resort which was nicer for us than other holidays, so the music isn’t overwhelming but offers enough entertainment to keep the little kids and aquafit goers happy! We would go again and it’s only 15 mins from the biggest waterpark in the world Siam Park. Couldn’t fault it. Thanks Barceló...

"Incredible hotel! Everything was just perfect! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and impecable. Restaurants were just great, food very varied and delicious. 100% recommended!"

"Der Aufenthalt im Barceló Santiago war grandios. Ich empfehle selten Hotels weiter, aber dieses ist wirklich, nicht nur aufgrund der Lage, herausragend. Das Buffet ist toll mit abwechslungsreichen Themenabenden. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr bemüht. Der einzige Minuspunkt war im Zimmer bei der Duschwanne zu verordnen. Diese war leicht gelblich und die Trennwand war etwas undicht. Ansonsten sehr toll!"
