"It was ok for 2 nights. The air-condition in the room was not working properly. Bed were ok for short stay. Friendly staff"

"Queen room in the annex was a good size, great water pressure, comfortable bed, unfortunately the air-conditioning seemed to only work on heat, maybe as it is only April and even with the window open the room stayed a little warm through the night. Tv had the option to stream Netflix a d a few other apps which was great, as generally in Japan there are very few foreign channel. Staff were lovely, a little coffee shop and a 24 hour convenience store downstairs were a great option if one didn't want to have a big meal the at main restaurant which could get very busy . Laundry is also available, although I didn't use it. Overall can recommend the hotel "

"Overall a great place to stay while in Narita. The room was big, clean, and the staff was great. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was very small and only had a few local channels. Would be nice to have steaming service options on the tv as well. "

"I wish the front desk can give people arrived at the same locker far away from each other. There were two other ladies arrived at the same time, and we got three adjacent lockers, it was impossible for three of us use the lockers at the same time. "
