Hotel's location is convenient as it is close by to the BTS station , staffs are very friendly an helpful we enjoyed the breakfast menu , choice is bountiful and most of the food taste delicious Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to return when we visit Bangkok in future

Clean room, strategic location

Good 5* hotel in South Sathorn area, close to the City centre. Located 80meter away from the main road, it is comfortably quiet with very good service staff, who greeted guests by name!! To top it all, Thai Michelin star restaurant, Nahm, is housed on the ground floor. They serve the finest Thai cuisines ! I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends. TQ

The perfect location and its warm staff

I do not feel comfortable on the Bathroom Water heater coz not stable, sometime hot sometime cold, very difficult to maintain at warm temperature.

Truly a five star hotel experience! The staff were amazing I’ve never been treated so nicely at any other hotel before. Even got a free upgrade since king size bed room is not available. Surely will stay here again in the future 👍

This hotel was amazing! It's so central to almost everything we needed. It's a walk to the nearest BTS station, and you travel the rest of the way free of traffic. Rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and toilets were well maintained. No visible water stains, or badly patched work. Breakfast has the usual local + international menu. Coffee was good, so was the selection of tea. Pathumwan Princess has a direct link to MBK centre for your shopping. It's a short walk to Madame Tussauds...
