"This is one or the worst places that I had stayed. It is shamed, because it has potential, but need some work since it is an old place, yet the surrounding is well maintained. The best thing that is by the water. The beach area is nice. We stayed for two nights. I need to share our story in case you decide to stay in this all-inclusive. FOOD: The first day I order mofongo with shrimp. I know mofongo since it is one of my favorite dishes. This was so bad, and they over fried it. It was like eating a cracker. The garlic sauce was not good either. The shrimp were unpeeled and because of that not cleaned in the middle (if you know what I mean). My wife was also disappointed with her dish. The breakfast was also bad. We order omelets. These were so packed with cheese, ham, onion, and other things that the egg was uncooked. No way we can't eat it. Order a burger. This was raw. How can you mess up a burger patty. drinks very watery. UNIT: Comfortable, but a lot to desire. The AC did not work, the shower was clogged and water comes out. The toilet you cannot flush "any paper on this". Call maintenance who treats me like an idiot making fun of me. Anyways he sorts of fixed the shower, but the ac... never. CLEANNIG LADY: "big shamed". Since we were out of the room, she opened all four luggage we had. We know because the way we placed our zippers in the suitcases differs from how we left them. SAMANA beaches are better than Punta Cana. You just need to know where you stay."
