"The room was dirty! We found another place to stay and the hotel wouldn't refund our money. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here."

"There was an issue of a broken recliner that I needed to sleep in due to back problems. Maintenance person did not fix or replace recliner. We moved three times in order to get a working recliner and it was not functioning correctly. Another point all of the three rooms none of the phones worked. When we reported this tp desk they acted surprised. If they cannot provide working phones we should be told. That is a dangerous situation. "

"The dude that works in the office was very nice and accommodating. Stray hair here and there in the bathroom but for the price it was hard to beat"

"The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere "

"Excellent hotel with a sort of vintage feel. They even decorated for the holiday. Pool was clean but it right out front so it’s a bit awkward to go in and out the front lobby to swim. Enjoyed our stay. "

"SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly."
