"Our safe didn't work. Maintenance didn't fix it. The food is a hit or miss. Alot of things were over done. Our room attendant kept our room immaculate. The entertainment was exciting. I looked forward to my 12pm water exercise every day and the many water sports.
The show were great. I just found that alot of the activities online wasn't available. on site. Overall I had a great experience."

"Most of the staff were super helpful and most were very friendly. The place itself is very old and needs to be upgraded. The boat needs to be replaced, engine stopped while we were out in the ocean. It was scary for my family but the staff on board were resilient. It was not their fault. The boat is super old. The gym equipment is very old, needs upgrade. "My sister and I got back to our room at Sandals Beachside Revoir, at approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday July 11, 2026 after an all day off property excursion, to the very strong smell of marijuana. We immediately reported the issue to Housekeeping and another member of staff. Housekeeping sent someone who stated she will spray the room to get rid of the odor, I told her I have terribly allergies and she could not do that while I was in the room. Management did absolutely nothing to assist us...
