"Everything was great. The staff were amazing, and they make you feel very welcome. The beach is beautiful and private. They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return. "

"The bar staff and bellhop were the best at this property. Everything and everyone else was subpar. The ladies at the front desk will stay in your business. There’s no respect of privacy or boundaries. The balconies are huge with a nice view but the railing isn’t safe nor is the step going out to the balcony. The fire alarm will go off randomly, so maybe prepare for that. The room is okay though, could use some upgrades, starting simple with pillows and towels."

"Jamaica was incredible, but our stay at Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay was disappointing. Check in was very slow, and our room was not properly cleaned. There was dirty underwear under the sink. Our friends were double booked and were asked to leave their room after another couple was checked into it. Their replacement room had double beds instead of a king, and the entire process took from 3:00 PM to about 5:30 PM. Service across the resort moved slowly. Even when you are being helped, staff...
