"Found roaches and some kinda parasitic bugs in our bath tub we tried switching rooms for them to be able to clean and what not but got told we was banned for what reason???"

"The room was not ready. We waited 45-1hr. Then the mirror in bathroom was not clean had handprints all over. There wasn't a bath mat, there were only two bath towels one for each guest. Toiletries were enough for two people. TV would not come on desk personnel stated outage?? The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Checked out early since tv not working. No offer to check it out other than say there was a power outage. I rate this 3 only because a great breakfast buffet. The Lobby was clean! I...

"Loved this hotel. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights. The restaurant and room service was great. The pool was really nice but I would have loved to have lounge bed cushions. The don’t have any so I had to grab some from an outdoor chair so I could lay out by the pool. My back could not stand the hard wooden lounge bed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I also appreciated the EV chargers in the parking lot. I would book this again."

"Super comfortable bed! Very nice room for what we need. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only complaint I have is that our key cards stopped working 5 times over a period of 3 days. We tried storing the cards in different locations that would avoid deactivating them, but that did not seem to make a difference."
