You Get What You Pay For!

This reservation was last minute and now understand why it was cheap. The room smelled heavy of bleach. Room did have some wear and tear for sure. A/C keeping room cold was about the best thing. I would not recommend for an extended stay, that's for sure.

I won't stay at another woodspring

Mattresses are fairly hard, not firm, i do mean hard. Showers are excellent heat and pressure. Staff is doing their best. Housecleaning is only every 2 weeks. I was there 3 and never did receive a turnover. Cable and Internet were out my last 4 days.

the place is nice, service is friendly, only thing is the mail hall was dirty like they havent vacum in a while, but room was clean they have stove fridge microwave everuthing you need for a good stay.

The staff was wonderful. Just an extreeme amount of questionable guests. The oders in the hall and obvious drug use and sales was present. But over all staff was wonderful.

Floor stayed wet, not sure if it was because of condensation or what but literally was wet the entire two day stay. Door did not have a properly working lock. Bed was decent. All night long heard people banging around. Front desk was closed most of the time including an hour I had to wait for someone to arrive to get room key fixed. Overall would would give this place 2 out of 5.

The staff was Excellent hands down but my issue was with the room being dirty and sheets were not clean and roaches i told mangement and nothing was done i had to clean the room myself wipe down everything and put clean sheets on the bed.

Although this property looks well kept on the outside the inside is not. The halls smelled like musty smoke. The sheets and towels were laundered but stained, the floor smelled like it was clean but a thick slick film remained. After checking in the room we found lots of leftover food in the fridge from the previous occupant. In hindsight I wish I would have spent a little more to get a room I felt was clean and safe for my one night stay. Sticking to Hilton in the future.

The room had one pillow for two people No towels! Took 3 calls to get some! Rusty fridge! Drawer missing in the kitchen! My worst night ever!! That place needs a overhaul! Can’t believe Travelocity would have a place like that on their list!!Was a Dump!!Only thing good thing good was close to places to eat!!

You get what you pay for

The reason my rating is four stars and not three was the great service provided by Stephanie at the front desk...kind, friendly, and got us in our room so we could enjoy our time in College Station. The room was clean, which we were happy with, but the elevators and hallways smelled like marijuana smoke. There were also individuals loitering outside, not sure if they were guests or not...did not give the most secure vibe. There is no front desk attendant starting at 10:00 p.m., and when we left at 7:00 a.m., the desk was still closed. Understand this hotel is intended for extended stay clients, so tailor your expectation. Good place, suited our need...you get what you pay for.

This property is poorly managed. My room was crawling with roaches and insects. The refrigerator in the kitchenette was full of rust spots or stains on its side that faced the stove (likely from hot grease splatter). The worse is the bugs crawling everywhere including in the bathroom. This property should be reported to the health department.

The outside of the building itself looks nice, but the interior is nasty. First off, it is hard to determine the entry. The last fresh air you get will be at the check in counter. The whole interior smells of rotting trash and illegal substances. Trash litters the floor. Roaches. Sub-level cleanliness in the rooms. The mattress cover was ripped to shreds, but still used on the bed. Hair all in the bed. Noodles still in the sink.
