"Amazing experience, world class facilities, lovely staff always helpful and ready to go extra mile for you, pools are huge and super clean. Aqua park is a hit with kids and adults as it has got rides for everyone, toddler , groups and kids of all ages. Bars are really good, not busy even when we went in peak season. Rooms are amazing , simple clean and modern. We stayed in room on higher terrain hence used shuttle service of Hotel. Amazing overall , I am definitely going back!!!"

"This was an incredibly disappointing hotel. My partner and I are still trying to figure out how it can possible be a 5*. Worst 5* I have ever been to. We paid for ‘all inclusive’ only to find out that more than half the drinks menu was not included - not sure how this is ALL inclusive? For example, they have original daquari on their drinks menu but wouldn’t give me a strawberry daquari. They also wouldn’t give me a frozen daquari because this is a ‘different drink’ so was worth €12. All they...

"For a 5 star hotel I had to complain about our room which was very basic, lacked natural light and not at all modern like the pictures online. It turned out they 'upgraded' us as a family of 4! The pool is very nice, very clean hotel but mini golf, padel, the games rooms are all at additional cost. The beach is not linked to the hotel therr is s budy rpsd between and very pebbly but amzing sunset viees."

"Had a great stay but do think it lacks the ultra luxury we have experienced elsewhere (for similar or even less £!) All in all the hotel is stunning, the beach is great, food was spot on and staff were lovely. Only gripes were housekeeping could have been better, dirty mops and the swim up balcony was only swept once in our week there. Service can be a little slow, great for first drinks but difficult to get served as it get busier, unless you’re at the main bar where service was excellent...
