"Var der med familien i 10 dager. Svært skuffet over mottagelsen. Skrev en melding i forkant om at vi lander sent på natta. Men fikk allikevel ikke sjekke inn da rommet ikke var klart ifølge nattevakta på resepsjonen. Måtte vente 3timer i lobbyen og fikk rom kl.07. Hadde trøbbel med internett i block ..."
