"This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. "Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features.
If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent.
Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty...

"Room not cleaned for 2 days, no wifi working, no pool bar , snacks , no roof bar operative , room had a kettle but no cups, glasses , bathroom did not even have soap ! Avoid this place , the lack of facilities should be highlighted "
