"My original room had not been cleaned properly prior to my arrival. I was greeted by an un-flushed WC. Also, there was what appeared to be blood stains on the spare pillow. I reported this to the reception, and was immediately given another room. The staff acted promptly and without fuss. "

"Love it so much traveled from USA stayed in the duplex so nice!!! This place center to everything went out to an Afro beats club and restaurant a block over was amazing! I’m coming back in a few weeks I didn’t get enough staying here again!!!!! So so nice "

"Just a fine stay. The room was clean and warm but nothing to write home about. No kettle available in the room which was a bit odd. The automatic doors to the building weren’t working which was very odd. Staff were fine but not overly accommodating and didn’t seem to care that it was a special occasion. Location is pretty basic and boring but close to Glasgow central. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t offensive. "
