"Rooms were very clean once we were able to get to it. There was a movie being filmed at the hotel that we were not made aware of. There was no way to get to the front door, there was no valet or help with luggage. We were directed to the wrong place for our room. Tower rooms were beautiful."

"This place had everything to be a great stay, but it’s terribly maintained. We spent the long weekend there and from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet and we would get a 20% discount on our stay. I asked about this and multiple times staff confirmed they would refund 20%. They also said it would be fixed in 24h, then another 24h and so on. It wasn’t fixed, and I am still waiting to get my money back."
