"Overall very clean and great location"

"This is a beautiful historic property. It is an absolute pleasure to stay here and the staff were lovely. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and Marc gave us wonderful service both days. The only complaint we have is that the 6th floor has the pool, and staying in any of the rooms in the hallway leading up to the pool was quite loud at times. Parents letting their kids run down the hall yelling and people having loud conversations. We called and let the hotel know. We would strongly suggest to the hotel to put signage at the start of this hallway requesting consideration for the guests staying in this hallway. While we understand it is a family friendly hotel, it is also a 5-star hotel and efforts should be made to provide a peaceful experience. "

"Clean facilities, extremely kind staff, WiFi is adequate for multiple devices, great location. The rooms are a little dated but well kept. Bathrooms are especially dated, but unobjectionable. Valet is convenient. "
