"Un Hôtel de luxe au coeur de Montréal.
Dès notre arrivée nous étions ravis de la beauté, de l’ambiance et du parfum d’ambiance de cet Hôtel. Très beau et très attrayant!
Le Personel était très acceuilant et très attentif au bien-être du visiteur/client.
Nous avons retrouvé une belle chambre avec un lit « King size », bien aménagé une grande et très belle salle de bain et le tout d’une ambiance pure et au goût exquis.
Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès le premier contact et l’étions restés...

"We asked to check in early and were told they were cleaning our room at 1. We kept checking back every hour or so and apparently they were still cleaning the room and then waiting for someone to come in and verify the job was done. By the time we got into our room right at 4 PM we noticed there was a base of a wine glass that was broken underneath the desk as well as a few shards of glass near it. We weren't given any sort of compensation for it and it was a bit disappointing given that the...
