"Nice place to stay. Recommend to advance blocking the rooms near by elevator if any elder stays because most rooms are far away from elevator and long distance to walk.."

"Everyone was extremely friendly to us, the bellman were all very helpful and kind, they stored our bags for us after we checked out to allow us time to explore while waiting to go to airport, the spa was lovely, only minor complaint was multiple of the restaurants at hotel were not Open during the days we stayed there, otherwise we will for sure be back:)"

"Very comfortable beds, blackout screen for sleeping is great. Housekeeping has to improve in both rooms and hallways. Dirty glasses and towels were left in the room and no vacuuming or dusting was done. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful "

"Our check in way a bit longer than we would have liked, but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and sheets. Bathroom and floors were very clean. Quite floor(second floor) easy parking. We choose the garage parking. Ample space. Charging options if desired. We used the hot tub and pool, which was very clean and perfect water temperature. Staff from front desk to maintenance staff to cleaning staff were all very polite and respectful. Over all we would recommend...

"Very nice location for 1st time travels as we were just across from McGill University and a very direct route to the Mount Royal lookout (lots of steps). Although we didn’t do much via the hotel amenities, it was unfortunate the hotel pool area was out of order! This is a decently dated hotel in terms of rooms but we did have plenty of space for a 2bedroom suite (basically 3 connecting rooms) and that was perfect for our family of 4! Would recommend primarily for the location and need it...

"Location can't be better with parkview with morning Sun through window! Check-in was a breeze with clear instruction in French, although we only speaks English but still informative enough for us to self check-in at 12:00AM."

"On Monday morning, the hotel had contract works on the front steps, and the worker started jack hammering at 7 am. We complained as did other guests at the front desk. Very annoying."
