My stay at this hotel was definitely an experience. I chose it primarily because of its convenient location and the need for a refrigerator, as I was traveling with frozen food.
The location was initially appealing due to its proximity to the metro and supermarket. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find stairs at the entrance, a noticeable moldy smell, and an overall very outdated feel to the property. Check-in was quick and easy, but my room was located in a separate building that required walking across a rooftop/terrace to access.
Unfortunately, that’s where things took a turn. When I first stepped onto the rooftop, I was greeted by two large rats, along with visible garbage and bird droppings. I initially hoped this was a one-time encounter, but that wasn’t the case. Every time I went outside, I saw rats running across the area. It became very unsettling and made it difficult to relax or even sleep, as I was constantly worried about them.
The room itself was acceptable at a glance, but cleanliness was an issue. The bedsheets appeared dirty, and the bathtub had a slow drain, likely clogged with hair. Showering became uncomfortable as water accumulated, and I even had to try clearing the drain myself.
Wi-Fi was another frustration. Although three different networks were provided, none worked reliably, and I struggled to stay connected throughout my stay.
