"If you are visiting for your first time to Costa Rica this is not the place. When we checked in at midnight we walked to our room, that was farthest from front desk, and the keys did not work. Had to walk back to get keys that worked then the door latch on the inside caught so we had to Jimmy it open. The rooms were not well maintained and the doors did not seal so bugs would crawl in the room and we would have to kill at least 5 bugs a day. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a parking lot, which left one poor guest with a vehicle that was struck twice by other motorists while parked on the side of the narrow access road.
