"I would not stay here again. Communication prior to arrival was non existent after multiple attempts through email, WhatsApp, phone calls and IG. The transportation and tour booking help that was promised in their description was therefor not met. Upon arrival I mentioned this and the response from the manager was that yes, this is known issue but there was nothing they could do. This property will undergo major renovations in the fall and it seems they will just coast until then.

"If you want to be right in the middle of nature and wildlife this is the place to go. Most of the resort is raised up into the treetops so you can be eye level with creatures you'd usually only see way above you from the ground. The included hikes and birdwatching were wonderful with very knowledgeable and passionate guides. "Properties located in a rainforest. There is a really beautiful property. Restaurant is great the food is amazing. Stop is really really accommodating and nice. However it is expensive at about $1200-$1300 a night, when you include the food and stay.. The only problem is that it does not have air conditioning. With the hot and humid weather not having air conditioning creates a big problem. When guests are not getting good sleep, they are not able to enjoy their day and that was a problem...

"Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. "
