"This hotel has outstanding overseeing view of Titicaca lake. Watching sunrise from the room is magnificent experience. Room is nice and bed was very comfortable. Hotel has a garden overseeing Titicaca lake and beautiful sunset and sunrise could be seen. Dinner at restaurants was very delicious. My stay at GHL hotel Lago Titicaca was amazing and would definitely stay again. "

"Nice little hotel right in the city center . Room is quiet spacious and has a very comfortable bed . Overall clean . Breakfast is basic but all right . We were able to check out a bit later so that was very nice . Overall good option for 2-4 days. "

"Our stay at the Sonesta Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They may need to be reminded of any ask twice, but they are really good people. The location is breathtaking. Waking up to panoramic views of Lake Titicaca from our room was an experience I’ll never forget. The room itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and cozy. "This place is like no other. The property is beautiful and idilic. The property is situated on Lake Titicaca and this lake is stunning. All meals, beverages and excursions were included. We enjoyed our time. Abel was one of the best guides we have encountered. We would return. "

"Väldig hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger avsides Puno och därmed i trevlig och tyst naturmiljö. Maten i resturang höll bra kvalite samma med frukost. Nackdelen att hotellet ligger avsides och du måste använda dig av taxi och åka på en väldig dålig väg. Hotellet har inte så mycket att erbjuda förutom boende och frukost. Dyrt för det man får."

"The property is beautiful, and the family here is so sweet and welcoming. They have an option to have lunch and dinner made for you, which I highly recommend as you are not on the mainland. The food was delicious and healthy. The view of the stars at night was breathtaking. The option to dress in traditional cloths and have a reed boat ride on the lake at sunset was unforgettable. This was my favorite part of our Peru trip, and I wish we had the opportunity to stay even longer. "

"Overall it was a great experience. The staff was great. We had to check out really early in the morning be fore breakfast time. The lobbie attendant had already two boxes with to go breakfast ready for us. To me that was above expectations and made a big difference."

"Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed."

"We had an amazing one night experience staying at Casita del Titicaca. The hospitality was outstanding and we very much enjoyed Edens company. He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well. The bathrooms are as comfortable as can be but we did have hot showers (low water pressure but thats a given). The beds were warm and comfortable and all three of us slept...

"This is one of the most unusual places I have ever stayed or been in my life. The hotel is built on a floating stack of reeds. You are brought to the hotel by boat. It is quite comfortable and the people are so kind. It was a great experience "

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. "
