"The staff is very attentive. I was asked if I had everything I needed multiple times throughout my stay. Very family friendly and only a 18 minute walk from a little marina if you want to try different restaurants or go on a stroll outside of the resort. I will say it’s a little annoying that guests place towels on pool chairs as early as 7am to ‘hold’ them even though they’re not using them. By 9am, every pool chair is pretty much taken. "

"A smaller resort with a kind and helpful staff. The property was clean and well kept. Nightly entertainment is the only area where we would suggest improvement (2 nights were karaoke). "

"A small resort that was everything our family needed. Despite being located right off the main road, the property is a beautiful oasis. All 4 of us, including two boys (12 & 15), loved the buffet and pool. A special shout-out to David and Angel for keeping us full of yummy, frozen drinks. "Booked a room with an ocean view and was given partial view. Vanity light in room didn’t work and was broken, called to make a report and no one came to check it out. Found a cockroach in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but conditions could be better. Room service food was honestly so nasty. Kind of annoying that all pool/beach chairs said “no reserving” and everyone left their towels since the early morning. I did enjoy that it was pretty quiet and not as hectic as the kids...

"I adore this hotel. What you receive at the price point is extremely generous. While it's on the highway and there is road noise, this kind of blends into the charm. The rooftop pool cannot be beat, the buffet breakfast is excellent and the rooms are clean, simple and well appointed. The hotel is in a greet neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. "This was a good clean property for being in town. It is one of the better hotels smaller annd intimate, ans good for a short stay. beach was good water swimable and easily walkable to the Malecon. Friendly staff, little lobby entertainment for the evenings, "

"Rooms are dated but clean. Our unit was a great view but over a bunch of air conditioning units. Very noisy. Did not like paying $26 Can. For 2 drinks tho. Happy hour needs to be longer like it used to be and have any drink too for one like it used to be as well and staying there for a long time still a great place but needs improvements for sure."
