"Beautiful hotel with very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk is unbelievably attentive. The only thing was the gym. Not very nice with minimal equipment. It is crowded with 2 people in it. Needs to be expanded and new equipment for a hotel like this."

"We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. "The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"
