"We stayed in June 2022 and were absolutely delighted as our first post-pandemic holiday abroad. The hotel itself is modern and well equipped, in a quiet and very attractive location. The staff were AMAZING, so helpful so friendly and so professional. I cannot fault them in any way. The food was fantastic (well above standard for the all inclusive rate we paid). "Terrible hotel and terrible system! Our flight got cancelled and we just needed a place for the night and when we got there there was nobody to help us checkin and no internet so we couldn’t even get a taxi back to the airport. Awful experience and provided so much stress for my wife and I. "
