"We had a wonderful stay because this family hotel cares! Everything worked from the delicious breakfasts to the wonderful very well appointed and very clean rooms because of the staff attitudes and kindnesses. The owner makes it plain that it is a question of heart as well as service. We would return in an instant! I hope other travellers feel this way and have a memorable stay too!"

"The room was spotless. Everything was great - the view was spectacular from our room. We loved this hotel. It was close to Ravello Square and also very accessible to the other Amalfi towns. The staff members were excellent. Francesca was warm and friendly. She always had a smile to greet you. Five stars to Hotel Graal!
Also, they arranged for a taxi to Napoli for us. The driver, Gino, was excellent. He took his time on the many curvy roads and was a true tour guide. "
