"Strand nicht sehr gepflegt sehr steinig, der Pool war Sandig und wurde nicht sehr oft gereinigt. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels ist etwas in dir Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes. Zimmer waren sauber. Allgemein war es in Ordnung mehr aber auch nicht. Meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für das was es am Ende ist."

"We had not expected the freedom afforded to smokers (cigarettes/vapes). The hotel had a very high number of toddlers and young children as guests who were all exposed to high levels of passive smoking. There was no NO SMOKING area other than indoors. I recommend that you avoid this hotel if you are a non-smoker and are worried about passive smoking by yourself and those who you take to the hotel with you."

"Highly recommend this property. Its just 20min from historical center of Cefalu. But its so nice clean territory,private and secured and the water is unbearable. Clean room ,very nice stuff,good breakfast, a lot of restaurants,kids club and pool,nice bars and live mysic"

"Hotel was very nice and location great. The reception was wonderful. But after checking out, waiting for our train, the hotel lobby attendant was rude to us. Told us we couldn’t have plastic water bottles in the lounge area (while others did). He followed my husband into the restroom and stayed in there until my husband left. We’ve never been treated like that at any other hotel in the world."

"Nice quiet hotel in the middle of Palermo. Very good included breakfast. Within walking distance (~ 15-20 min) to attractions such as Teatro Palermo di Massimo and Quatro Canti. The staff recommended restaurant (Sapori Perduti) a few blocks away - same owners - was a really special memorable meal (fantastic, melt in your mouth swordfish). Pasta was excellent as well (e.g. I chose handmade pasta made with red beets). After travelling to Palermo from the mainland during the day, hotel staff...

"We stayed at Villa Igiea six nights.The grounds are impeccably beautiful , well kept ,maintained daily and romantic. It is so serene to sit outdoor anywhere on the property daydream,have conversation or have an exceptional drink. The bar is exceptional with its elegance,menu and service.Has historic look. The two restaurants have interesting choice menus each in their own rights and different settings.Me and my family tried several of the offerings, they were all done to perfection. The rooms...

"Le complexe est très bien , rien à dire , la nourriture est très bonne, tout est prévu pour les familles , le seul point négatif c’est qu’il est retiré donc sans voiture pour les visites et bouger le soir c’est pas l’idéal. Mais la vue est magnifique"

"Seconda volta ad agosto in questa struttura ed è sempre stata un'esperienza magnifica. Puro relax in un ambiente molto curato. ristorazione varia, abbondante e di buona qualità. Piscina molto confortevole e pulitissima. Il vero punto di forza di questa struttura è lo staff, tutto !!! Dalle signore delle pulizie ( un grazie speciale a Maria) , allo staff del bar e ristorante (nel nostro cuore tutti in particolare Graziella, Fabio, Giuseppe e Rosaria), all'animazione con la nostra irrefrenabile...

"The AC did not work. I told the staff about it, and they sent the maintenance guy up. He just shrugged. The photos of the rooms are also misleading. My room looked like it was decorated in the early 80s. I was looking for an A-Team poster."
