Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their local knowledge and kindness made a real difference. The atmosphere is relaxed, personal, and far more attentive than you’d ever get in a larger hotel. A great place to stay if you value warmth, comfort, and people who truly care about their guests. "The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay. "

"I stayed one night in Palermo, and since it’s almost impossible to find a hotel with parking in the city center, this hotel was a great find. It offers free parking, which is a huge advantage. The rooms are large and comfortable, the price is very affordable, and the reception staff is warm and friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Clean room great location. difficult to get to if you are driving a rental car but there are many parking garages within walking distance as long as your luggage has wheels. :) The staff is friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend."
