"A 2 passi dal centro, ma 4 stelle mi sembrano un pò eccesive soprattutto per la scarsa colazione (assenza di buffet e salato), per i bagni piccolissimi (dove la tendina della doccia abbraccia pure il water e ti si appiccica sul corpo, quindi opti di fare la doccia senza tendina e ti si allaga il bagno), frigorifero non funzionante. Mobilio un pò vintage. Elegantissima la hall, ricorda i fasti di un tempo, e gentilissimo il personale."

"Emma and Rita went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The breakfasts were excellent and the room was clean and what we needed. They took the time to provide us with a personalized tour of Cassertavecchia and a silk manufacturing facility. Emma’s insights and Rita’s translation helped us to fully understand what we were seeing. Both ladies are totally focused on customer service."

"This was a last-minute choice. The area is quiet and relatively clean. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was ideal and well-equipped.
The only drawback was the dining. Not much variety and relatively bland food. "
