"On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful. Considering it is called a Boutique Hotel our room was really large with a balcony. Could not fault it. The hotel is approximately 20 mins from the center but at present the laying of new tram lines is causing real traffic problems. I think the buffet breakfast catered for all taste. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room and hotel were clean. Roof top bar was nice. The images of the rooms make the room appear larger than they are. With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. "Niente di eccezionale, purtroppo non mi ha fatto impazzire, tutto sommato è anche andata bene ci mancherebbe, ma i piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza ad esempio al momento dell’acquisto del soggiorno nell’itinerario di Expedia inviato dalla struttura veniva riportato che al momento dell’arrivo in struttura (essendo anche una coppia) avremmo trovato una bottiglia di vino omaggio e giustamente all’arrivo l’omaggio è stato una bottiglietta d’acqua…. "Property did not have air conditioning, it was hot, had to open windows to sleep. There were guests sitting outside in front of the lobby talking very loud until early morning hours. Some strange pheasant birds kept us awake most nights, it was hard to sleep with all the noises. Parking could be better, not enough spaces."

"We visited Bologna for 4 days. Overall the hotel is very good and meets the 4* Rating. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of food. Fresh orange juice is available if you ask for it. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of Bologna. Staff were friendly and helpful."
