"Excellent clean rooms right at the heart of the old city! This place is literally right next to the Two Towers. Everything you want to see at the city is within the walking distance, and you can also walk 5 min to get to the bus stop to get tickets to San Luca Express! Really enjoyed staying here, and I will surely book again if I were to return to Bologna. Thank you!"

"Please consider higher quality bed sheets that are not scratchy. The aparment is clean, and orgainzed. VERY NOISY during night sleep hours with courtyard two bars full of people talking loudly plus loud noises from city workers emptying the three garbage bins below bedroom windows 3-5a every morning. Your add needs to share information abour bar and nightgly garbage removal noises, the main reasons I would not return. Unfornately we did not get much sleep."

"Hébergement agréable globalement, content de mon séjour, personnel a l'écoute, le buffet du petit déjeuné très bien, le restaurant est bon, la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport.
Côtés désagréables : vous êtes proches de l'aéroport ce qui peut générer un peu de bruit. Attention aux horaires de la navette (aucune en milieu de journée) pensez aux taxi... (A été pour moi difficile d'accès en pleine nuit aussi) Pas d'eau disponible en milieu de nuit quand le bar est fermé, pas de distributeur et rien...

"The Expedia Representative told us that breakfast and transportation were included. The Airport Shuttle bus only ran to the Airport every 1/2 hour, not at any time one would need it. We had to pay 17.00 Euros for transportation and 15.00 Euros for breakfast. This was very expensive for three individuals who had been told that these very important amenities were included."

"It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well"

"The staff was rude, out of the 5 restaurants 3 were closed.
There was no room service.
We had 4 rooms booked for our group. They gave easy to access, walkable distance for the 2 room with NO kids and they put the other 2 rooms in an extremely far away room because we had kids.
