"This hotel was remarkable perfect. The rooms were nice, cozy and clean. They had a lot of activities everyday for kids and adults. A basketball court, tennis court, nice gym both inside and outside gym. They go above and beyond with their service. The cleaners even left a palm leaf with a note on it and the next days weather with some snacks every night. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay incredible."

"An amazing stay. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the large pool villa we had. Our full board package was a good deal. The Happy Hour here doesn’t include soft drinks, or juices (I’m teetotal) but there was a selection of alcoholic drinks and wine. The staff in Luna La Pran were amazing and really looked after us as did the breakfast team. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and stocked with the necessities. Thank you to the whole team who work here to keep the place...

"First of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you feel like family they take very good care of you. I enjoyed my stay. My room was very nice very clean. Must say everyone did a great job. Even the lady that cleaned my room really took care of me. The staff at the front desk. "Très belle hôtel dans un écrin de verdure. Calme absolu dans un lieu verdoyant. Parking sécurisé et fermé. Pas mal d'activités dans l'hôtel, location de vélo, salle de sport, superbe piscine. Petit déjeuner varié est très bon. Personnel au petit soin et toujours souriant. Hôtel un peu excentré de Hua hin. Bord de mer mais plage non accessible pour la baignade. Des restaurants et bars sont présents de chaque côté en plus de celui de l'hôtel."

"Very satisfying during my 2 nights stay (Family Room) in this hotel. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful especially the lady who works from afternoon till 10am shift. She helped me 2 times when im in need. First night at around 9am, when I need to go to 7-11 to get done mineral water. She has offered me a ride by her motorbike to go there. 2nd night when I told her I’m checking out the next day & need to get my wet clothes for laundry, she has arranged all for me & I got it the next day 9am....
