"The hotel was lovely, great location & staff were great. We got a free drink of port and you could have free coffee and cake in the afternoon which was a lovely touch. We couldnt access the roof terrace during our stay which i asume was due to the weather. The only thing letting the hotel down was surrounding noise,the room was so warm we tried to sleep with the window open but couldnt, even with the window shut you could hear passers by shouting until easily 4.30am.. out of the hotels control...

"During showers, water from the shower in the bathroom on the top floor (Unit #16) leaks onto the floor. There is also a hole in the glass door where we believe a doorknob may have been installed. Water splashes through this hole as well. "

"Great hotel - room was spotless and really well finished, along with rest of hotel. Staff were very accommodating in terms of providing an earlier check in, as well as holding our luggage both before and after we left the room. Really top tier amenities. Tough location at the bottom of a cobblestone hill but not a long walk to other areas. "
