"We had a confirmed booking at one motel but upon arrival we were sent to a different place. The room had a much smaller bed that only just fitted in the room. The window in the bedroom was dirty. The table was old and the seats had the vinyl feeling off them. The carpet in the loungeroom also had stains on it. To make it worse we had to pay for parking last minute as we weren’t informed of it and didn’t want to leave our car in the Maccas car park."

"Parking is definitely a problem at this motel. You cannot reserve a park but if you don't arrive until late and have driven 5-6 hours to get to Newcastle it would be nice to know a Parking spot is waiting for you when you arrive."

"The staff were warm, friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and well presented. The hotel has a great sense of style, with thoughtful interior design and small details that make the stay feel more polished. I especially liked the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the lobby and corridors, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and quality. A comfortable and well-maintained hotel that I would happily recommend."

"From the time we entered reception we were looked after at a high level. All staff where courteous & efficient. Nothing was a problem. Well Done."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again."
