"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"The Ibis Stare Miasto is a welcoming hotel with just the right amount of modern convenience. The staff are great, including those who work in the food services area. The room was in good shape, provided everything we needed and we were happy to be able to relax in the lounge with a glass of wine in the evening. As others have said, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We will stay here again!"

"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor . Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating. Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw"

"Noisy room, just over the recycling and trash so that woke me up at 6:30 am . And the windows on the first floor without screens made it impossible to have any privacy. Plus the coffee maker was constantly out of order."

"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."

"De kamer was groot en schoon, het personeel vriendelijk en er zijn veel faciliteiten. Het hotel is echter wel een beetje gedateerd en wij vonden de kwaliteit van het ontbijt buffet tegenvallen. De roomservice voor ontbijt daarintegen was goedkoper én beter dan het ontbijtbuffet. Al met al een goede ervaring maar het hotel heeft wel wat liefde nodig om een boost te krijgen."

"The hotel itself was lovely and the reception staff warm and friendly. A bit disappointed in the restaurant barman. I walk with a walking stick and at that particular time as there was no bar person serving on the ground floor I’d to go downstairs to the restaurant for service. I asked for a tray for my 4 drinks to help take them upstairs in the lift, he didn’t have one to give me so I asked for the assistance of one of the waiting staff. He could not do that. "The hotel is very conveniently located, right in the center of the business district, next to the central station and within walking distance from many restaurants and museums. Spa is great. The hotel gym is very spacious with three rooms (yoga, stretching/running treadmills / weights). The weight part of the gym is highly functional but the equipment is outdated. This is a solid 4-star (not 5) hotel. Somewhat outdated rooms (carpets, blinds, furniture) which seem heavily used. Seems always...

"Hotel was good and clean, no complaints there. Annoyingly the pool was shut and whilst the advert says all TV’s have Netflix- they don’t. A bit of a nitpick but we had some time to kill and wanted to put it on."
