"Laura was amazing. She guided us through WhatsApp, we were lost, then met us in front of the apartment. She gave us detailed instructions for getting into the apartment, which is beautiful. It was very clean, well lit and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is right on the square with an ice skating rink and little shops. We were so well located and comfortably walked to the various sites. Laura again walked us through buying our train tickets to Krakow. She...

"After check-in a cleaning service and electrician showed up.
The kitchen is beautiful and big but if you intend to cook, there are just a few utensils and dishes, no supplies for cleaning dishes.
the shower wasn’t working well and could be more clean.
The location was great and the staff friendly.
for a group of 6 we needed to ask several times for a second key.

"This really is a very good hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and the hotel is set in the grounds of an old palace and just minutes from the old town. The tranquil setting is ideal for a romantic getaway and it’s good value as well. I travel a lot and this is one of the best."

"Laura, our host was amazing. She welcomed us and made us comfortable right at the arrival (it was much sooner than was planned). There was a great communication between us. She was also very helpful with all concerns we had. We wouldn’t enjoy our stay as much without her assistance. Apartment has excellent location, is very clean and homie."
