"The location of the hotel was perfect for spending time in both Old Town and Kazimierz. The room was quite a bit smaller than the photos appeared with no where to store luggage and not much space to place toiletry bags.
The room was clean, the staff friendly and the coffee maker didn’t work despite asking that a new one be provided. We just purchased our coffee off site at a little cafe each morning which worked out fine for us. We asked for our room to have a queen sized bed but ended up with...

"I love the location it is very central close to Wawel Castle. Staff was all friendly and helpful special mention to Monika whenever we come in for breakfast she ensure to lead us to the table and offer straight away for our tea and coffeee which other staff don’t for some reason. Sheraton has been very thoughtful with the anniversary cake with Prosecco they have prepared in the room - that was a surprise- thank you. The downside was the terrible insects at the terrace restaurant it’s a shame it...

"First of all, the location of this hotel is perfect. Located right outside Krakow Glowny Main train station. There’s a shopping center next to it. It is about 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Krakow Old Town. Check in was quick and we got beverage vouchers for Expedia VIP. Staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast provides you with a lot of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Krakow."
