"We loved staying on the square soaking up the atmosphere. Wonderful views from room which we could enjoy with a glass of wine. Spa bath in room which we sadly did not have time for as out exploring, needed to stay longer. Could see church tower and trumpter from our room which was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, cold meats cheeses salad fruit and cereals as well as pastries, cook to order available too in addition. All very tasty. We left early for trip one day and reception...

"Good value for a well-located, accessible, and overall welcoming place. Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. "After a few messaging over Expedia about changing the date as during booking the date was overwritten to my wished dates. This mistake said to be repeared and the hotel confirmed it was ok. one night was canceleld but in the end just as we checked out we were told nop, expedia said no so it was charged fully for us."

"Very welcoming, clean, comfortable, prime location and delicious food ..few to name to highlight this lovely hotel.
Staff was courteous, enjoyed the awsome view from the roof top restaurant with excellent hospitality.
At the foot hill of wawel castle, the location is ideal to reach to old city centrum and many other attractions.
Breakfast was great and the italian restaurant offered best bites and pizzas."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was great, breakfast was great, pool & sauna were great, location is great, staff is great. I really dont have anything bad to say. And the burger at the restaurant was top notch, great burger."

"Wonderful stay with the Metroplitan Boutique Hotel. Our first family visit to Krakow. The hotel was impeccable and staff were first class. From our welcome gift on arrival to the friendly checkout, everything was thoughtful, and we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping and transport links."
