"This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. "After a few messaging over Expedia about changing the date as during booking the date was overwritten to my wished dates. This mistake said to be repeared and the hotel confirmed it was ok. one night was canceleld but in the end just as we checked out we were told nop, expedia said no so it was charged fully for us."

"The room was nice, and very clean. The location was pretty good, especially if you are up for a 25 min walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The staff, however, were not very welcoming and warm. The overall feeling was like we were bothering everyone when we were checking in, using spa facilities and checking out. At times, certain personnel were pretty rude. Would not stay here again. "
