"The property is well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. Location is great only a short distance from the main train station and Krakow old town. The only slight downside is the location of the plug sockets making it slightly difficult to use straighteners with uk plug near a mirror. Other than that everything was excellent "

"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's in a very good location and we walked to all the visitor attractions. The hotel itself is very nice and very well looked after. Staff are pleasant and courtious but need a little training in some areas. Food is good and everything is nicely organised. Strangely a visitor cannot have a bill until its actually paid. Overall a good experience and we would stay again. "
