"Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Meals in the hotel restaurant and at the breakfast buffet were fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Our room had uncomfortably overstuffed pillows that might have been designed by the Spanish Inquisition, so thick they threaten to break your neck. "The place has great energy, extremely conforming after a long flight. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. The draw back is for that amount charged they don’t even give drinking water each day!! Nor do they have disposable shaving kits when asked !! The pool is like a kid size.. the rooms don’t have bathtubs if you are looking to soak up after a hike."
