"No AC, had to move by myself to another room, after maintenance staff suggested to just open the windows. Two times there were no towels after room service. The phone to call front desk had a busy signal all the time. Not recommended. "

"Location is good. Tucked in a street walkable to mosh tourist attractions. Room are TIGHT and bathrooms tighter. If you're a light sleeper…walls are thin. Juan by far was the most helpful and engaging staff."

"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"
