"The best and clean is pool area and beautifull gardens, room nice and clean but the bathroom did not like bathroom door and entrance door rusty and with holes very ugly shower area needs a deep cleaning the area is very humid so the first room we got smelled very very bad so we asked for a change. Food was regular the best was the soup they gave excellent soup…will I go back defenetly NO.😩"

One member of the hotel who approached me was very aggressive trying to show us the hotel, for some kind of membership, and because, we refused to do it, didn't let us do early check in and wait at the lobby for an hour and a half or I had to pay $12:00 for early check in, but, we checked out at 8:00a.m instead of 12:00p.m and didn't give me any refund for those 4 hours I didn't use. Y el snack de la madrugada también seria bueno que estuviera más completo, la comida estaba muy dura, y poquitas opciones. Pero por lo demás todo estuvo excelente, sin dura volveríamos ❤️"

"As hotels go, it was a modern and well maintained property with comfortable beds, nice views from the higher floors and a reasonably priced bar. However, we booked through Expedia and was supposed to get access to the executive lounge (which is permanently closed), a 20% off food/beverage credit (not offered) and a room with a bath (shower only). Reasonable expectation was very different to reality then. The air conditioning in the room only went down to 20c and the room never got below 21c....

"The property overall was decent. I'm not going to lie I was judging it before I got there. I was actually impressed by the room, the amenities such as the gym and pool. The spa looked like it was pretty nice I did not get a service though. The food was pretty good but breakfast wasnt good. Overall I would stay again and I would just maybe purchase breakfast instead of enjoying the free breakfast"

"I would recommend the hotel. Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping centres, and other attractions close to "cinta costera". Bed sheets and new towels every day. The price for a room + breakfast is fair. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the pool, but it looks nice...maybe next time :)"

"The resort was not friendly. They only give 2 small towels, we had to argue to receive more then they brought more and had us give back the other 2 that were in the bathroom!! it was awful. The a/c drips like crazy in the room, causing a puddle of water onto the floor. the bartendar was also rude. Luckily we stood there just a short amount of time"

"Beautiful property. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning! The food, restaurants, amenities, pool were all great!! The only thing that would have made it perfect was if I didn’t have a view of a huge crane outside of my patio. It appears they are having some construction going on. But other than that, it was a great experience!"
