"Upon arrival in our room we found the AC wasnt working and after 3 hours they finally removed the unit and replaced it with another unit. The bathroom counter top was filthy and had not been cleaned. The carpet had several burn marks in it. The coffee pot was missing the filter holder so we were not able to make coffee or tea. The mini fridge freezer compartment was frozen with approx 3-4 inches of ice around it making it impossible to place anything in it. The worst part about our stay was the...

"The food was bland. It had no taste. The eggs were disgusting. The oatmeal had no taste. The only thing that was halfway decent was the sausage. We laughed and went out to eat so having a free breakfast and add anything to the value of the property and I paid almost $400 to stay there. The carpet in the room was nasty. The toilet backed up and you couldn’t even flush it. I was very disappointed in my room for paying that much for one night."

"The breakfast was so disappointing and I did say something to the clerk but nothing changed. Stayed two days the juice was watered down so, no flavor.The eggs powdered no flavor. No bacon or sausage. Saturday no gravy, just dry biscuits. Can't you do better?"

"I was there for a total of 10 days. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator would freeze everything I put in it and the AC was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but they would not fix that refrigerator. "
