"This place was pretty good! It's a bit tired looking, a little run down here and there, but overall was very satisfactory. The indoor pool was very warm, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much to choose from and really good food. I appreciated that it was included in our stay! The outdoor pool had just opened for the season when we arrived so it was too cold for us, but it looked good. I'll be honest when I say the photos don't totally match reality, it's not quite as...

"I was very disappointed with my experience. While I have stayed at many Hilton locations around the world and have always had positive experiences, this one did not meet expectations. Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional."

"ラウンジアクセス付きで3泊4日しました。連休前からの宿泊でしたがラウンジは落ち着いていて、フードも足りなくなることはありませんでした。朝は朝食付きにしたので、ラウンジでスパークリングだけ飲んで朝食のバイキングを食べました。バイキングの方が充実していたので朝食をつけて正解でした。ラウンジのバーテンダーの方が顔を覚えてくださるところは一流ホテルだと感じました。スタッフの方の対応もみなさん素晴らしかったです。サウナと岩盤浴と大浴場も毎日利用しましたが、いつ行っても混んでいなくてキレイに清掃されていて快適でした。"
