"客数多く、１７階なのにエレベーターが3基しかなく、満員だったり、利用出来るまでに時間がかかった。 立体駐車場利用したがエレベーターが２階しかなく、又従業員通路・エレベーター利用で荷物が積まれている通路を荷物を持ったまま移動しなければならなかった。足が不自由な人には耐えられない状況である。"

"Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back"

"今回は母と孫の誕生日記念でお世話になりました。 部屋にはプレゼントと夕食時にはプレートをありがとうございました。 お風呂上がりのピノも孫は大好きなので喜んでました。 部屋も小上がりになってて広かったです。 また伺いたいと思います。 1つ言うとしたら着いた時に頂いたプリンの味が薄かったです。"

The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area."
