"Hey! Don't just close this case so carelessly. Yes I added another person and agreed to pay the extra, that is the total amount that I'm supposed to be charged and paid at the hotel 70,392 yen, this is for 2 pax for the nights we stayed. HOWEVER, Expedia additionally charged me the original cost for 1 pax for the nights stayed which means I payed to both expedia and Baien hotel. You go work it out with the hotel who should have charged what, but I can confirm to you that the total cost should...

"The room is spacious. Onsen is warm and comfortable. The view from the open air Onsen is so amazing at night. The bar closes a bit too early. The service is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, some do speak English. The pick up service is great. We are so grateful that they even drove us to the Beppu when we left the hotel. We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there. Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel."

"員工親切，住宿房間大又寬敞，只是廁所設置在門外洗手槽未提供洗手乳，女性垃圾桶好像沒有清，沒搞懂洞口還沒到裡頭滿滿的垃圾稍微有點……跟需要爬樓梯上下樓之外，其他設備都很新，多人住宿很划算，一樓咖啡廳也能優惠打折，交通地點很方便"
