"The hotel itself was good, though it felt a little 'unpersonal' because of the set up with the empty courtyard space and the lobby upstairs, away from the escalators and elevators. The room was excellent; very spacious and clean. I was surprised that there was no microwave, missed that in the room description. The worst thing about my stay was the parking garage. The entrance to the parking is too narrow and too windey, it gave me anxiety every time I arrived at the hotel. And having to pay for...

"great location!! 3 blocks from the rock and roll hall of fame and the science museum. the illusion museum was close too but in the other direction. Staff was friendly. the only problem was that the tub didn’t drain, but that was a easy fix. beautiful views from the bar on the 33nd floor. I would recommend. "
