Rooms clean and updated. Hotel very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and quiet. Breakfast had a wider selection than most hotels. Way more bang for the buck at such a low cost.

The kitchen staff was friendly but offered omelet that was cold and needed to be microwaved. The sausages were cold as well. The room had dead insects on the window sill. A chair that was weathered and too low. The shower was the nicest part. The hallway smelled of marijuana (like skunk) and the garbage was in the hallway near the elevator for two days!

Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean, the bathroom was in poor condition. Cracks in ceiling and water damaged not repaired very well. Mirror on door was dirty. Light in ceiling was missing parts. I have pictures if you’re interested. Checking in was very slow.

Patty, who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a nice room, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and pancakes. The morning staff were also friendly. I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed in the same place twice, but I realized we stayed here 2 years ago and had the same experience. We don’t plan ahead as we travel across the country. When we figure out how far we’re going to drive we choose the least expensive stay where the recent ratings are good just an hour or so before we arrive. This motel won that contest on our 2024 and 2026 trips and both times the person greeting us was exceptional and the stay was nice.
