"Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food.
The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. We spent an afternoon there across the various rooms. A few hours relaxing in...

"Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special.
A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference.
We’re especially grateful for letting us stay up until 4:45am to watch the England...

"Parking is a 2-3 minute walk to reception.

Rest of the hotel needs some tlc, outside seating area not weeded, rooms need decor.
Self service breakfast, food choices, but low quantity food.
Bread in the bar snacks also very low quality, which is a real shame and you are paying hotel prices. Would have expected much better quality…"

"Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."
